from the Shounen-ai OVA 'kono danshi ningyo hiroimashita'.

To those who haven't watched it-- you haven't lived. It's really sweet and has a very unique animation. You can pause it at any second of the episode and every screencap looks like an artwork :3

So yeah,made a fanart of Isaki and Shima. Took inspiration from the animation. I have always loved laying over patterns over my art and now i have an excuse to go all out! yay~

Also, experimented with some tools on SAI and came up with this coloring style. I actually like it, so i think i'll try to develop it further

You're right, for artists especially, this is something everyone has to see lol
I like how you customized the style to your own style but still incorporated the pretty, pattern-filled style of the OVA.
